Lunch Clubs

Our Lunch Clubs are social clubs for Deaf people aged 50 and over. Deaf people in that age group can often find themselves isolated and secluded from society. Our lunch clubs bring them together and promote physical and mental wellbeing. They also offer a free basic advocacy service to support members with their personal administration, such as making phone calls and writing letters. We have four weekly lunch clubs operating across London: Beckenham, Eltham, Camden, and Harrow.

Suggested donation: £3 for Lunch & Tea/Coffee as a minimum, but please feel free to donate any amount to help us keep going.

I enjoy coming to lunch club because it’s good to relax,
see my friends and socialise.
We’ve recently moved to a new hall which is nice and spacious.
The volunteers are also lovely and friendly. I’m very happy here.
