Feasting and Foodie Fun - Youth Club at Mercato Metropolitano!
Youth Club had a return visit to Mercato Metropolitano in Elephant and Castle for another amazing cooking class. This is always a popular activity, not only because there’s a feast at the end! This week Chef Tom was showing us all how to make Mexican food.

All the youth members were involved, chopping vegetables, making green tomato salsa, homemade guacamole and tortillas from scratch. The food was delicious, and everyone left with big smiles and full bellies!
