Donna's 100 affirmations to her loved ones

Hi, I am Donna and I am supporting this cause and here is why:

As a child my best friend, Margaret, her mother Mrs Mary Easty (who died last year) was a teacher in a class with deaf children at a secondary school in Salford, Manchester. Every year on 23 December they had a big family party that I was invited to with all Mrs Easty’s class. We all loved running about their big house with the fun party games. We always found a way to laugh and communicate without any issues at all!

I went to night school as a teenager to learn British Sign Language (BSL)

Because of them, I went to night school as a teenager to learn British Sign Language (BSL). It was a long time ago and I know very little now.

We are delighted that our daughter Holly is working at Remark! and introduced us to all you are doing. I know the value of the community and my husband and I are very happy to take on a challenge! Margaret too gets to learn what’s going on!

Dale (Holly’s dad) & I are doing a combined effort of 100 minutes on the tread mill and 100 positive affirmations to loved ones.

Please support our challenge and give as generously as you can!
